The ReStore is now online! Limited items will be available, and may be picked up by appointment, or delivered (for a fee).

Please review our online shopping policies carefully:

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
• Items sold by Habitat Buffalo ReStore are gently used and may show normal wear and tear.
• Photos may not accurately represent size, color, or condition of the item.
• In response to COVID-19, items sold by the ReStore are sanitized and quarantined for four days before they are available for purchase.

Delivery Policy:

• Habitat Buffalo ReStore will contact you to arrange your delivery.
• Delivery is available in Erie County, NY only.
• Orders will be delivered within one week of the order being placed.
• Orders will be delivered to houses only (we will not deliver to businesses or apartments).

• Your order will be delivered to your front door. ReStore staff will NOT enter your home

Pick-Up Policy:

• You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready.
• You may pick up your order from Habitat Buffalo ReStore during normal business hours.

• Items will be held for two business days. Unclaimed items will be restocked, and your payment will be considered a donation to Habitat Buffalo.
