You can schedule a free donation pickup online here or by calling us at (716) 204-0740 and following the menu option for Donations. We pick up items from inside a first floor, or out in a garage or porch.

What items does the ReStore accept?
We welcome donations of gently-used furniture, household appliances, building materials, and more. Please see our detailed list of acceptable items here.

Are there items the ReStore does not accept?

Can I drop off donations?
Yes, you can drop off your donations at either ReStore location Tuesday through Saturday between 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Please review our accepted items list before dropping off your donation.

How much does an item in a picture cost?
Prices at the ReStore are affordable and competitive, but due to our frequently changing inventory, we’re unable to provide real-time price updates for specific items seen in pictures on social media. The best way to get accurate pricing is by visiting our ReStore locations.

Can you provide dimensions or additional details about an item posted online?
Our inventory moves very quickly, and we receive a large volume of inquiries on social media. As a result, we are not always able to provide detailed information such as dimensions in a timely manner. We encourage you to visit our ReStore to personally view and measure items that interest you.

Is the item in the picture still available?
Items at the ReStore sell quickly and our stock changes daily, which means we cannot guarantee the availability of an item seen in a picture. We do not hold items and cannot reserve them through social media. Visiting the store is the best way to ensure you catch the items you’re interested in.
